When running the Tobit in SPSS 25 or 24 (SPSSINC TOBIT REGR) i get: Error: The R AER package is required but could not be loaded, but I can´t download AER package in R version 3.3.3 or R version 3.2.5.

I can´t use the SPSSINC TOBIT REGR that I´ve installed in SPSS 25. Appears the following error:

Hi,
I am looking to edit multiple tables that I have produced with the following syntax:
SORT CASES BY Occupation Code.
SPLIT FILE BY Occupation Code.
CTABLES
/VLABELS VARIABLES= age_group Wage DISPLAY=LABEL
/TABLE age_group2 BY Wage [S][COUNT F40.0, Mean]
/CATEGORIES VARIABLES=age_group2 ORDER=A KEY=VALUE EMPTY=INCLUDE TOTAL=YES POSITION=AFTER.
I would like to edit the tables to:
1. Round the mean to the nearest 50 for each age group (i.e. 1 530 -->1 550). Is this something that should be done for each observation prior to using the CTABLES-command or could this be altered afterwards when the tables are already made?
2. Include a thousand separator (38 500 instead of 38500).
Does anyone know if this is possible and what command I could use (and an example of how it should be used)? I am using SPSS 22.

I am using SPSS 22 and I have a problem with combining the two commands: SPSSINC Censor tables and Split file.
I have used SPSSINC Censor tables successfully to censor values below 6. However it only works one table at a time. I want to generate many tables by using the command SPLIT FILE.
I am looking at wages for different age groups and occupations. This is the syntax I am using:
SPSSINC CENSOR TABLES
COMMAND="CTABLES /TABLE age_group2 BY Wage [S][COUNT F40.0, PTILE 10, PTILE 40, PTILE 60, PTILE 90, Mean] /SLABELS POSITION=COLUMN."
CRITLABEL="Count"
CRITVALUE=5
NEIGHBORS=1,2,3,4,5
DIRECTION=ROW
TESTTYPE="<"
/OPTIONS SYMBOL="*".
The syntax above works as long as I am looking at one table at a time. Whan I add the syntax below (before the SPSSINC Censor tables-command) it doesn't work anymore.
SORT CASES BY Occupation_code.
SPLIT FILE SEPARATE BY Occupation_code.
Does anyone know how I can combine these commands? I would really appreciate some help.

the following call of SPSSINC CENSOR TABLES ends up with a warning in SPSS 23 & SPSS 24:

The warning I get:
Schlüsselwort PROCESS muss einen einzelnen String ohne Anführungszeichen angeben.
I don't use any quotes here with ALL - so I'm a little bit confuse, especially this bit of syntax works fine in SPSS 22 .... maybe someone could give me a hint what's wrong with it ... (PREVIOUS works fine!).
