Thank you for your Idea. I did it, but the means aren't calculated for each Minute. I think it calculates it vertically. Please see my prepared file in the attachment.

One way to do this to use Analyze > Compare Means > Means. Put all the variables you want to tabulate in the Dependent field and time in the Independent list. If the time variable is not exactly the minute, you might need to recode or round it.
