Question
When I use the WebSphere MQ operations and control panels to DISPLAY MQ objects at the bottom of the first output screen shows "More: +" indicating more data. When I attempt to page forward using PF8, the following message was issued: "DOWN" is not active.

You previously used the KEYLIST OFF ISPF command. Follow the instructions in the online documentation to set KEYLIST ON: Using the function keys and command line with the ISPF control panels
