I have connected my RTC eclipse instance to a private jazzhub project. Eclipse will connect but only maintain the connection for an average of 5-10 minutes before dropping. I then have to retry to login process for 2-10 attempts before successfully. Sometimes an eclipse restart seems to help.
Is anyone else experiencing this outage? Our last planning was pretty much a failure with the inability to create more than two items at a time.
My uneducated guess - It almost seems that the underlying RTC servers are frequently being moved across virtual images and that the java connection pool is caching stale information.

Hi Aaron. I am sorry that you are experiencing this problem. However, I have been unable to reproduce this. I tried the connection to Eclipse from both inside and outside the IBM network.
I can personally vouch that the RTC servers aren't being moved around, but I would really like to get more info about your environment to help solve this. Can you tell me what version of RTC Eclipse client you are using and on what platform?
