Will custom templates in portal be changed after upgrading profile?
Client tried to do profiles upgrade using BPMConfig.sh -upgrade -profile , after that client found that their custom templates in portal were changed so they have to replace them manually. Client wants to know why it is happening and if there is any solution for this.
Accepted answer
The theme customizations are not preserved when a profile upgrade is done. Any theme customizations have to re-imported into webDAV after the upgrading.
