I'm going through the 'Architecture Lab: Web application hosting with Auto-Scaling and Load Generation Service (Liberty Lab 2)" published in IBM Bluemix. When I try to go through task #3, I am unable to create the "Load Impact" service: clicking on the 'create' button yield this error
Service broker error: {"description"=>"Error 502 received from broker url https://bluemix.marketplace.ibmcloud.com/api/custom/cloudfoundry/v2/service_instances/2ea917ad-7a9e-494b-b634-aa2b50864ac8 "}
Shouldn't the above "just work" or whatever internal health monitoring of Bluemix have dealt with and fixed the issue by itself (i.e. shutdown that faulty instance and spin up a new healthy one)?
I tried to follow the link to open a bluemix helpdesk ticket but that the intermediary SSO page hungs on me, so can't get help from there.
