I have made changes to a WSDL stored in DP local filesystem.
How can I make the WSP reflect this change since DataPower Gateway 7.1.0 WebService Proxy WebGUI doesn't offer the "Refresh" button anymore?
Is there a best practice to refresh the WSP if I modified my WSDL?

To apply changes made directly in a WSDL file in the local file system, you have to trigger the refresh (recompilation) via the "Refresh" button at "Status" => "Web Service" => "Web Services WSDLs".
Another option to trigger a WSDL reload is to modify e.g. the WSP's summary field and "Apply" that "change", or just disable/enable the WSP, or even to restart the domain (which is rather invasive).
For remote WSDLs you can also use a WSDL Cache Policy (see here to learn that this mechanism is only available for remote WSDLs).
