Hi. I am new this technology and have very little idea regarding how to go about this. I have added my cellphone as the new device and I have all the required credentials such as organization id, auth token etc. I am completely lost after that. How do I establish MQTT connectivity for my cell phone?

Hello, Here is an IoT Starter demo that walks through how to turn your mobile device into a sensor with IBM Internet of Things Foundation http://m2m.demos.ibm.com/iotstarter.html
I think that is a good place to get started. If you have more questions, here is general application development info for IoT foundation: https://developer.ibm.com/iotfoundation/recipes/improvise-application-development/
If you have further questions after trying the demo, let us know if your cell phone is ioS or Android and also what level as some features may not be available on older cell phone models and browsers.
