I do not want StorageRM to perform harvesting. How can I fully disable StorageRM harvesting?

To fully disable harvesting, including during startup and refresh, you can set the HarvestInterval to -1 using the following command:

 chrsrc -c IBM.Disk HarvestInterval=-1
