Is CICS Performance Analyzer for z/OS (CICS PA) V5.2 compatible with z/OS V2.2? I am planning an upgrade to z/OS V2.2 but the Software Product Compatibility Report for CICS PA V5.2 only lists z/OS V2.1.
Answer
z/OS V2.2 is still in pre-GA status. General Availability is planned for September 2015. See the IBM Announcement Letter for z/OS Version 2 Release 2 (215-006). The Software Product Compatibility Report link will be updated after z/OS V2.2 is generally available.
The CICS PA change team is still testing with z/OS V2.2 at this time and has not determined if there are any compatibility problems at this time.
