In CMC view, there is only one environment that can be configured to use Advanced Developer Portal and path are not supported in Advanced Developer Portal (ADP) URL configuration.
Does this mean that only one ADP in an API Management cloud?

Yes, Paths are not allowed in Advanced Developer Portal. As of now, this is a permanent limitation.
However, you can have more then one advance developer portal. Each environment would have it's own instance of an advanced developer portal site. The only requirement is that when configuring the advanced developer portal on each environment, the URL used needs to be unique.
A brief explanation of the topology would be that API management uses 1 instance of the portal server. The portal server will then host a number of sites, each of which map to an environment.
For example, Advanced Portal Server: 9.37.120.30 (just a example of IP) Under the environment tab of the API Manager, you can create ENV1, ENV2 and ENV3. All three of this environments can have advanced Developer Portal of it's know. But the host_name have to be unique for each.
Note: host_name must resolve to the IP address of the Advanced Developer Portal machine.
Note: that each environment's advanced portal must have a unique host_name.
The steps for configuring an advanced development portal can be found in the knowledge center here:
