Even if I do not specify BACKUP, EXPORT, EXTRACT, do I still need to set up KPDPROC1 PDS maintenance proc?
Answer
Yes it still should be set up because it may be needed to resolve a PDS file that was corrupted. Not all corrupted PDS file can be fixed, but the KPDPROC1 is a start.
