I jam using the Fleiss Kappa extension bundle version 1.1.1 on SPSS 23

I am trying to analyze a data set with 40 raters and 3 cases and 5 possible variables. There is no missing data.

For some context it is a study look at inter rater reliability across a group of radiologists reading MRIs.

When I run the analysis, it returns with the error too few complete cases. I was hoping someone could provide some insights into why this might be.

Any help is appreciated.
