Can you confirm that IBM Session Manager for z/OS (ISM) V3.100B and V3.200B are compatible with z/OS V2.1, z/OS V2.2 and z/OS V2.3 or if I need any maintenance? I am upgrading from z/OS 1.13.

Yes, ISM 3.100B and ISM V3.200B are compatible with z/OS 2.1, z/OS 2.2 and z/OS 2.3.

You can generate a Detailed System Requirements report from the Detailed system requirements for a specific product page.

Search for "IBM Session Manager"... then select Version "3.1" in the drop-down, and click Submit. When the Detailed System Requirements report for IBM Session Manager for z/OS 3.1 displays, you will see that it lists z/OS 2.1 for ISM 3.1 in the Operating System column.
