The question is answered, right answer was accepted
I was enrolled in a class last year in which I was required to use SPSS. I bought the CD bundled with a book I installed it and it worked fine. I ended up dropping that class. I am back in the class now. I had to purchase a new book which was bundle with the disk again. I had a lot of trouble in trying to install it. I then tried to uninstall the program that was on my computer and re install in with the new CD. The program is currently downloaded, but is saying the Processor is unavailable and There was an unanticipated problem with the license for this product. I paid in full for the disc and do not feel I should have to purchase yet another code just because I had the program on my computer before. What can i do to get the program to be activated again as I did purchase a new CD it just is not activated. I need to program for an assignment due tomorrow so this is all happening at a bad time so swift help would be appreciated. Please help!

Please run the SPSS License Authorization Wizard, For Windows computer, go to: Start-> All Programs-> IBM SPSS Statistics-> IBM SPSS Statistics 22 License Authorization Wizard enter the authorization code (a 20-character, alphanumeric code with lowercase letters a through f and numerals 0 through 9).
For Mac computer, go to:
Finder > Applications->IBM->SPSS->Statistics->22->SPSS Statistics 22 License Authorization Wizard
enter your authorization code (a 20-character, alphanumeric code with lowercase letters a through f and numerals 0 through 9)
Where is the authorization code I have a sleeve and a CD that came bundled with the textbook. I don't recall seeing a code.
