Maximum number of dialogs that can be created

Trying to upload a new dialog it fails with a "bad request" message, I have some dialogs already uploaded (~20), removing 1+ and I'm able to upload the file that fails. Is there a maximum number of dialogs that can be created in Dialog service?

I haven't found documentation stating those limitations. Account has billing information associated if that matters.

Yes the limit is currently set at 20 per service.

Can you please explain why you may need more so we can look into this?

I would like to provide option for users of my app to upload their own dialogs: define their own conversations and own content. It is strange that is this limitation is not described anywhere in the docs.

How can this limit be relaxed or removed?
