Bluemix Billing support awaiting answer for two weeks

Two weeks ago - at December 7th - I submitted a ticket to Bluemix Billing support. At December 8th I got a follow-up mail that someone will check my issue and follow up with me. I did not get a follow-up mail so far, and the ticket remained "work-in-progress". My ticket is classified as "Sev 3 - Minor Business Impact", which is totally fine.

I contacted StackOverflow first, because I wasn't able to find dW|Answers, and you can find that post here. My initial question was whether the ticket would be answered and whether it was better to open another ticket, or to wait for a response.

It was recommended to include my Ticket-ID in a post here. The Ticket-ID of the ticket that I opened at December 7th is 5377-12202318 .
