Difference between Decision Runner and DVS
How exactly is Decision Runner different from DVS in ODM 8.8? Do they use the same Excel scenario template?

Essentially, Decision Runner is the new testing engine that supports both the classic rule engine or the newer decision engine testing using Excel spreadsheets.
You will notice that the Decision Runner is only used and supported in the Business Console. The Enterprise Console testing uses Decision Validation Service (indicated as the SSP (Scenario Service Provider) in the documentation) but it does not support the newer decision engine.

Yes, the spreadsheets are identical for DVS and Decision Runner.
