We currently have Case Foundation 5.2 and are using the Workplace XT for the process designer. I know that there is a plugin that is added for 5.2.1 that enables use of the Process Designer in ICN, but we have been told that the Case Manager interface would be available... including the designer and customizable step processors.
What does it take to enable / access these features?
Thank you!

To enable Process Designer in ICN you can use this link as a reference - http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSNW2F_5.2.1/com.ibm.p8.ce.admin.tasks.doc/p8pcc331.htm & http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSNW2F_5.2.1/com.ibm.p8.ce.admin.tasks.doc/p8pcc330.htm
For IBM Case Manager, open the IBM Case Manager configuration tool application - under tasks select 'Create Case Manager Applications' - then select parameter 'Process Designer container' and you have the option to either select 'IBM Content Platform Engine Applets Support plug-in' or 'Workplace XT' to select a container to host the Process Designer. You would select Workplace XT if you want to access Process Designer through Workplace XT or you select 'IBM Content Platform Engine Applets Support plug-in' when Workplace XT is not configured. The 'IBM Content Platform Engine Applets Support plug-in' is only supported when IBM Case Manager is integrated with Content Platform Engine v5.2.1 or higher.
