Does IBM Rational Performance Tester support SOAP Open UI?
IBM Rational Performance Tester does support Siebel applications, but does it also support SOAP Open UI??

Tough there exists no explicit support of SOAP Open UI from RPT perspective, it might / might not work as such. However you should be able to integrate Web service plug in from SoapUI with RPT. It is like any other http test. You will have to select the option 'Un-managed Application' in RPT while recording.
