If I do not get any results when searching for a company should I assume you have no news on the company? I want to use the service, but worry about the lack of coverage.

example: https://access.alchemyapi.com/calls/data/GetNews?apikey=YOUR_API_KEY_HERE&return=enriched.url.title,enriched.url.url,enriched.url.publicationDate☆t=1451606400&end=1455922800&q.enriched.url.text=Siegel%2BGale&count=25&outputMode=json

@Jbeatty, more info on the sources of information and how to check for a specific source here (http://docs.alchemyapi.com/docs/sources). To your specific search, the current implementation is geared towards current near term news tracking and allows queries up to 60 days old. Looking at other news sources I could not find any general news articles mentioning Siegel+Gale in the past 60 days. You can see this by example substituting the parent company:

https://access.alchemyapi.com/calls/data/GetNews?apikey=YOUR_API_KEY_HERE&return=enriched.url.title,enriched.url.url,enriched.url.publicationDate&start=1451606400&end=1455922800&q.enriched.url.text=Omnicom%2BGroup&count=25&outputMode=json

Hi @JBeatty,

My first suggestion is that you check all options when you search not only name but the date formats and all the other options like taxonomy whether you want just the title or body. I have just run it on several European companies and got hits for all bar one, once I had got my search options correct. If you use the demo you can see the options or if you delve deeper into the documentation then you can see how to get all the options.
