I had SPSS installed on two computers, both of which I wiped to do a clean install of Win 10. I now cannot reinstall SPSS and the Authorization Wizard indicates: "Authorization in progress ... (f6*258d7c) Authorization failed.: You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses. End Of Transaction. *
All permitted authorizations for the provided authorization code(s) have been utilized. No additional authorizations are permitted on this code. If you think this is an error, please contact IBM Corp. Customer Service at spssls@us.ibm.com (http://www-01.ibm.com/software/analytics/spss) with your product and purchase details. Click "Finish" to exit.
How do I reset the existing installations to allow re-licensing?
Thank you

IBM SPSS Statistics Licenses are tied to your computer’s hardware with a lock code. So the license file is sensitive to the lock code. If you replace your computer or its hardware or reinstall the operating system, you will have a new lock code and will need to repeat the authorization process. Since you received an error message said that you exceeded the allowable number of authorizations specified in the license agreement that means the maximum number installations of your authorization code had been completed. In such situation, you need to provide your authorization code and lock code in a separate, private conversation.
