Traceability reports don't show all expected links for DNG artifacts used in modules.

Beyond the usual reasons why certain data does not appear in JRS such as not running the Requirements Management ETL or not refreshing the data source connection for the data warehouse used by JRS, another reason that this could be happening is because the "Collection or Module" condition is not used when creating the report in Report Builder.
To elaborate further, any links that are created when working with artifacts in a DNG module only exist for the artifact when viewed in the module. The links do not exist for base artifacts (that exist outside the module) and so an additional condition is needed for the report to display traceability that's created when in a module. This is the "Collection or Module" condition mentioned earlier and referenced in the tip below from the Reporting across projects with Report Builder topic.
"Tip: To report on requirements in specific modules, from the attributes list, select the requirement or requirement type and choose the Collection or Module attribute; then, choose the collections or modules, and click Save."
For further information about how artifacts work when used in DNG modules, please see the Reusing artifacts in modules topic.
