My OMEGAMON agent is not connecting to the TEMS, my RKLVLOG is showing the following error messages:

Answer

You can decipher the following:

errno 00000000 0002377E:

X'0002' is the protocol X'377E' is the port number - decimal 14206

Port number 14206 is restricted. You can add the parm SKIP:n, where n can be 2, 3, 4, etc. to your KDE_TRANSPORT parm. This will bypass using port 14206.
