Just added my CC, can't start, stop or remove my apps

Hello

I just activated my account after my beta trial expired a couple of weeks ago.

Added my CC on login and found my apps stopped (one running).

I'd like to remove all of my apps and start building with a clean slate on my dashbord. No option to remove services, apps or otherwise visible when I go in to details for each app.

What gives?

Have you tried cf CLI to start, stop or remove you apps and services ?
