My ICN version is 2.0.3. Does this feature supported from version 2.0.3 fixpack 5?

We use ICN to connect IBM Content Manager V8.4. And add addistional settings updaer "Daeja ViewONE" tab Virtual: annotate=true annotateEdit=true.

But when viewer shows, no annotation toolbar like this: alt text

So how to enable annotation for virtual viewer?
