Unable to start or stop my zosconnect APIs with z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition Explorer

Why am I unable to start or stop my zosconnect APIs with the z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition (zCEE) Explorer? I have connected my z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition Explorer to my z/OS Connect EE Servers. I can see the APIs that are available in this view, however when I right click on them, the option to start or stop the API has been disabled. It is grayed out and I can not click on it.

Answer

The ability to start and stop APIs was enabled by z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition V2.0 APAR PI62820. If you do not have the PTF for this APAR on your system, then you will not have the capability to start and stop the APIs through the z/OS Connect EE API editor.

Please apply PTF UI38699 to get this functionality.
