How can I get rid of error message ISZ4304E with return code 20 (RC20) and reason code 96 (RSN96) that I receive during IBM Session Manager for z/OS (ISM) start-up?
Answer
It is caused by the ISZCONxx member in the SISZCCNF data set having the INSTALLSU statement before the COPY ISZCINIT. The INSTALLSU statement must be AFTER the COPY ISZCINIT statement in the ISZCONxx member.
