What will happen after EOS of JDK 1.6 in Impact 7.1 enviroment?

Since IBM JDK 1.6's EOS is Sep/2017, then what will happen with the JDK in Impact package ? Will it still get supported?

If Impact version is v7, then the Java sdk shipped with Impact should be IBM J9 VM, JRE 1.7.0; then you do not need to worry about JDK 1.6.
