I have had to format a machine and setup a new machine with SPSS 22. I have the activation key and recently also found the license and lock code in my account. I still don't know how I go about activating this. I'm getting an error each time I do.

Thank you for the codes in the private post. Please see my private reply from today 4th Oct.
I reset all 3 codes such that you can now use each for the new installtions.

Dear @BettinaW, I am struggling with a similar problem. My SPSS was a bit slow so I decided to reinstall it. However, when I type the license code provided by my university, there is an error message saying that there is a failure in part of my code. Then, I clicked on Advance and sent several emails to IMB to solve my problem, but I haven't received any answer.
