Why am I receiving the following CWWKE0702E message after upgrading z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition (zCEE) from version 2.0.1.0 to 2.0.3.0?

The activate method has thrown an exception
Bundle:com.ibm.ws.jbatch.wola(id=217) java.lang.RuntimeException:
javax.naming.NamingException: CWWKE0800W: An attempt was made to
retrieve an initial context for
[com.ibm.ws.jbatch.wola.BatchWolaListener] but no JNDI feature is
configured.
Answer
If PE PTF UI35770 is applied follow the steps below to resolve the CWWKE0702E error message indicating no jndi is available....
Delete the product from SMP/E
Download and apply the GA level
Apply UI40506
Follow all Installation Instructions at the IBM Knowledge Center for 'Installing z/OS Connect EE' including the step to 'Creating the z/OS Connect EE shared directory' and 'Setting up the product extensions directory' to run the zconsetup script.
Shutdown all Liberty servers and Angel
Restart Angel at UI40506 level
Start zCEE at UI40506
