Badge and course completion certificate for "IBM bluemix essentials" course
My IBM ID is: manbhand@in.ibm.com and I completed "IBM Bluemix Essentials" course today. I also completed the quiz. I forgot to opt in Open Badge program before completing the course. I opted in after course completion. Is there any way to get the badge now? I am also not able to download the course completion certificate, the link is not click-able.
Opting in after completion of a course and it's quiz is not an issue, you should still receive the badge when processing goes through.
I've checked and it looks like you have since received your badge.

Hmm, I found somewhere else here badges are issued every Tuesday? It might be that then.
