Hi,
I want to auto collapse the B suspects which becomes A1 after some updates.
There are plenty of such records in my database now.
I want to use Event Manager for Evergreening .
I am using PME with MDM 11.5 Physical.
How to use Event Manager? What are configurations and steps to run it?
How to auto populate these newly become A1 suspects in Process Control and Action tables?
Thanks in advance.

Tasks are dynamic, they are reevaluated when you open them and so based on the current data, it may be upgraded, demoted, or just not be relevant. For evergreening, you may run it in batch or real time and you can use MQ for evergreening. For details on this and event manager, KnowledgeCenter would be the best resource; it's too broad and nuanced for a community discussion unless you have a specific question.
