Is IBM Explorer for Z required for IBM Developer for Z client installation?
I wanted to install IBM Developer for Z client. When installing IM, I noticed that IBM Explorer for Z was selected by default. Do I have to install IBM Explorer for Z? Shall I uncheck IBM Explorer for Z and install IM. Then install IBM Deverloper for Z. Can anyone help? Thanks.
You do not need to install IBM Explorer for Z client if you want IBM Developer for Z.

IDz client is based on zExplorer but you do not need to install it separately, on the client side.
On the server/host side at the contrary, you do need to install zExplorer first and then IDz.
