Hi All,
I am facing one issue in AutoDelete ruleset of NENU. I am getting below error in ProcessDeleteQuery
Error deleting batch:'xxxxxx\20151208.020287'
Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.
I found one reason .If somebody has deleted batch directory manually then such error comes .
Is there any other reason behind this error.Anybody faced this situation?
Thanks
SB

To the best of my knowledge a missing batch directory is the only cause of this error. Additionally, there have been some improvements to the NENU library and the ProcessDeleteQuery action has been deprecated. So this issue should become a thing of the past once you do your next upgrade.

Hi All
A permissions issue can also be the cause of this problem. A customer was using hidden shares (e$) for sometime as the batch root directory which in turn threw this error in NENU. The account NENU ran under had some permissions revoked. All was clear once permissions reinstated. No issues with newer batches using the proper shared directory.
As Rick says, these actions have been deprecated however.
Cheers.
