Hi,
Can anyone shed light on this scenario -
I would presume it would delete the 'temporary' batches once successfully uploaded, hence the name 'temporary scan location'. Is this a configuration issue on my end or is this intended functionality (the local scan disk will fill up rather quickly in high-volume scan environments!).
Any help appreciated.
Cheers.

Sounds like an issue with Navigator. You should open a ticket to verify.

Any updates on this issue? Was a PMR created and solution provided? If so, can you please post the details? If no one has opened a PMR, I will. I'm seeing the same behavior with Datacap 9.0.1 FP1.

Hi John,
TMWeb is deleting the temp folder and images after upload successful, Navigator/wTM is not deleting the temp folder even though wTM service ID has full permissions on temp folder

Hi John
Sorry for the late reply, this issue fell to the back of the pile. Testing with TMWeb is successful - the temp directory is deleted. Still no joy in Navigator. Will perform additional testing early next week.
Cheers.

Sounds like a permission issue. On the same system test with TMWeb to see if it is able to remove from the TMP directory.
