Hi,
When ever I tried login quattro it throws exception please find screen shot for details.
though I can start and stop service but it is not picking up jobs either.
Please help me out on this

1. Review the path to datacap.xml within the registry - you can use DStudio or Taskmaster Application Manager alternatively if either client is installed locally.
2. Validate the contents of the XML, including whether the application names and paths are legitimate. Backup the file and remove applications before launching Quattro Manager and attempting login.
3. If this only occurs with a specific application, then try comparing contents and markup of the application file against a working example.
4. Ensure that the logged in Windows account has proper permissions to datacap.xml and the application files.
5. If the service is running but not processing work, audit the thread logs in case they have more pertinent information. Logging can be enabled manually within the registry if necessary.
Using basic troubleshooting techniques like those listed above, you should be able to isolate and resolve the problem. The registry settings mentioned above are at the machine level, look under HKLM\SW\Wow6432Node\Datacap or HKLM\SW\Datacap if using an x64 or x86 operating system respectively.

Thanks to all for supporting me,
Well I got the solution ,after checking in event viewer I got tht Quattro installation got corrupted and it sugguested me to run Repair from setup file.
n worked for me.
