Image not Displayed in Verify Screen
In the verify screen, the image of the scanned page is not appearing. I can see only a blank page. This is happening for all pages in the batch. I can see the fields and snippet image. can anyone help me on this?
Hi Fadi, Thanks for the reply. Actually I'm using the thick client. Also it is working fine now. I dont know what was the cause, but when i restarted my machine, it is working.
Hi Kal, -Make sure you are using Internet Explorer not Chrome or Firefox.-Make the client configurations using the application: C:\Datacap\support\WebConfiguration\WebClientConfig.exe.-Make sure that your Tmweb application is added to Trusted sites. -If it is still not working, try to delete all privacy and explorer data (cache, cookies and settings) , then reconfigure the client.
