Can not find instance when I lon onto community cloud

When I logon to see my instance details a box pops up saying "Can not find result for1c*-------------------*2c" I have disguised the actual value returned.

My instance count is 1 so I cannot create a new one. But no instance is listed so I cannot do anything with it.

How can I resolve this?
