Question
How to extract data from the RKC2HIST VSAM history files directly, not using TSO panels? Is there a utility or sample program that reads data from this history file ?
Answer
The ONDV data is compressed, there's no easy way to extract them. If you collect SMF110 records, you may be able to run reports by the following options:
CICS Performance Analyzer http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSPPU4_5.3.0/com.ibm.cics.pa.doc/welcome.html
OM CICS provides SAS samples for reporting.
