SPSS 24 Authorization Problems

I purchased SPSS 24 yesterday.

The authorization code I received (via email) reads that it was successfully entered. However, when I re-open SPSS, it relays that the version is not authenticated.

I've been working with tech support for the past 2 hours! Please help!!!

@bennegan29 When you say you have been "working with tech support" are you meaning from IBM? If so please advise the PMR number to avoid duplication of work.

Otherwise please reply to the private comment with your authorisation code so we may investigate further.
