Why is my TEP workspace empty when I try to view IMS DASD Logging?
My OMEGAMON XE for IMS RKLVLOG shows the following error message: KIPA0903I THE KIPCMP DATA COLLECTOR DID NOT FIND ANY DASD LOGGING INFORMATION
Answer
The DASD Logging collector is disabled . You need to check the RKANPARU member KIPCNFG for RESOURCE(0). This turns off the DASD Logging collector. Remove "(0)" to turn it back on. To make such change persistent you need to specify it in PARMGEN; so in WCONFIG RTE_NAME member make sure the following parameter KI5_II02_SS_RESOURCE set on as follows: KI5_II02_SS_RESOURCE ON (RESOURCE) Resource data
