Thanks for your post and sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. We are working hard in the background to get this issue resolved, however, in the meantime, I will send you a new license key to add to your SPSS installation. I will provide this key in a Private Comment along with additional instructions required.
To view my Private Comment, please ensure you are logged onto dwAnswers. If you cannot view my Private Comment, open dwAnswers in a Private/Incognito browser window after clearing your web browser history, cache and cookies.
Additionally, we have also experienced an outage with dwAnswers and all information since April 1 has been lost. If one of my colleagues has already addressed this issue for you, please disregard my reply. I do apologise for the confusion this has caused you.
