I got a 2 week trial for an online Research Methods course and I have been getting these two messages anytime I try to open the application. I don't know if I need a license code or what. When I try to "sign in" with my IBMid, it tells me that my password is wrong and when I try to reset it, it does not send to the correct email address. I double checked my email for my account and I did not mistype it when I made my account. I have been trying to get help since Monday night, when my assignment was initially due, so any advice ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, there was a serious outage of DWAnswers and some question and answers have been lost and we could not reply to any post anymore.
regarding your Web ID: can it be that you have registered with 2 different e-mail addresses?
Normally the trial does not need a license code, as it has one code embedded for 2 weeks.
we can create a temporary code for you for 14 days, so you have some days back.
to do so we need the locking code of your Windows machine.
C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\24
right click on a file called echoid.exe and select 'run as administrator'
what is the locking code being displayed?
