SPSS Statistics will not load
I have downloaded and installed the 2 week trial for SPSS Statistics but it will not open. I can bring it up and sign, but it will not go further than that. It won't let me do anything else besides wait and I have tried several times.
For us it is important to know if you have installed the older trial version or the trial version for the new Subscription offering?
To verify please provide the name of the path where you have installed to, as I think you may have used default installation path.
If you have installed on Windows the path for the older trial would be
C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\24
If you have installed the trial for the Subscription the path would be
C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\Subscription
Please also provide the exact operating system whee you have installed to
