CICS IA 5.3 Explorer plugin not showing regions Connection Status

I am using IBM Explorer CICS Interdependency Analyzer V5.3 plug-in and I am unable to determine if CICS IA is currently running in a particular region or not. Every region shows up as a GREY circle where the IA collector is running in the 'IA Navigations' view using the data base connection. They also display as a GREY circle on the 'IA Operations' view using the IA collector connection.

Could you please let me know if I need to do any additional setting to have this working?

The CINT panel CIU100 shows the regions with the collector status as 'RUNNING'.

The Explorer Service Data .log has this exception message:

Answer

The problem is due to missing CICS IA server side V5.3 PTF UI44728 for APAR PI74028. CICS IA plugin APAR IV92215 (5.3.6) added support for PI74028.

If the PTFs are applied, it should look like this example for region CICSACB6 for a running collector in a region:
