Not able to Print document in ICN 2.0.3.8 in HA environment

Dears,

we are not able to print documents in ICN 2.0.3.8 in high available environment, however its perfectly running in standalone environment. Print applet is loading successfully but after clicking on print system throws the error "print document may be in progress".

We confirmed that compatible JRE version is installed. please assist.

Please submit a PMR on this as we will require Java Console / Javascript Console / ICN JVM system logs to review.
