Here are the instructions for non-disruptively health checking your AT-TLS connectivity policies, using z/OSMF Configuration Assistant:
Select AT-TLS perspective and select a specific stack
Select AT-TLS Connectivity Rules tab
From Actions pull-down, select "Health Check"
