Modify prepare ACBLIB not allowing COMMIT due to MQ trigger monitor

Question & Answer

Question

Why is IMS Online Change Modify prepare ACBLIB not allowing COMMIT due to MQ trigger monitor CSQQTRMN BMP, when daily ACBLIB swaps have had not issues for years?
/MOD COMMIT
.
DFS3452 xx:xx:xx WORK IN PROGRESS FOR RESOURCES TO BE CHANGED/DELETED. .
/DISPLAY MODIFY ALL shows something like this:
.
PROGRAM CSQQTRMN SCHEDULED
DISPLAY MODIFY COMPLETE

Answer

CSQQTRMN is the default program name for the MQ Trigger Monitor which runs as a BMP. If any changes are being made to the program, and the messages received, then the BMP would need to be terminated to complete the online change.

An ACBGEN with PSB=ALL would pull in the trigger monitor PSB. The ACBGEN would change the time-stamp in the PSB member in the ACBLIB.
