for years?

PROGRAM CSQQTRMN SCHEDULED
DISPLAY MODIFY COMPLETE
Answer
CSQQTRMN is the default program name for the MQ Trigger Monitor which runs as a BMP. If any changes are being made to the program, and the messages received, then the BMP would need to be terminated to complete the online change.
An ACBGEN with PSB=ALL would pull in the trigger monitor PSB. The ACBGEN would change the time-stamp in the PSB member in the ACBLIB.
