Hello there:
I have created a regex annotator for numbers and it works perfectly after I run the rule annotator. Then I added another regex annotator for percentages. It can high light the percentages in Regular Expressions panel. However, the latest regular expression of percentage does not reflect to the human annotation after rerun the rule annotator.
We have manually annotated a lot of relations, I don't want to redo any process. Can I have your advice? Thanks.

Hi,
The annotator is 'Pre-annotator' so it only works before starting any human annotations, i.e. before creating human annotation task. Currently we do not support applying rule annotations after human annotation: if you do it, it will overwrite the current annotation. It is documented here, under important notes: https://console.bluemix.net/docs/services/knowledge-studio/preannotation.html#preannotation
So there isn't any way to apply the rule annotation without losing all the current annotations.
It is important that all the rule annotations are done before starting any human annotations.
